”Bridging the Digital Divide”

Minister Madhavan Nambiar, Special Secretary to the Government of India’s Information Technology (IT) Department, will give a luncheon talk, “Bridging the Digital Divide: National e-Governance Program.” Nambiar has led many of the Indian government’s initiatives in IT, including the implementation of twenty-seven Mission Mode e-Governance Projects and the establishment of 100,000 community service centers (Internet kiosks) to cover 600,000 villages through public-private partnerships.

District Court for the Northern District of New York.
